Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Research and identify potential suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast inventory needs and prevent stock shortages.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to optimize costs and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
- Review and verify incoming invoices and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain organized records of all purchasing transactions and supplier communications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
