In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain, ensuring that our production lines remain efficient by managing the timely procurement of high-quality materials, supplies, and services.
As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for vendor coordination, cost negotiation, and inventory management support. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition processing to purchase order issuance.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify material requirements and project timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stock-outs.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and vendor performance reports.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and quality standards.
- Track and expedite incoming shipments to ensure timely arrival at the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on cost-reduction strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP/inventory software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- High level of integrity and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Calamba City, Laguna.
