Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and issuance of purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and new supplier opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media content scheduling and campaign coordination.
- Assist in the execution of promotional events and marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and analysis for management review.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to logistics, import/export documentation, and office support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques and social media platform management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and process improvement.
