Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition processing to purchase order issuance and delivery monitoring.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and lead times for company materials.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, price lists, and supply contracts to ensure competitive market rates.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to track material requirements and resolve any supply chain bottlenecks.
- Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders to ensure accuracy in quantity and specification.
- Manage petty cash or procurement budgets, ensuring all financial documentation is audit-ready and accurate.
- Generate and present regular procurement reports on status, vendor performance, and cost savings to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse vendor relationships.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Proven ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations.
