You will be responsible for analyzing purchasing data, preparing reports, and optimizing supply chain processes to reduce costs while maintaining high quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, from requisition to delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to analyze inventory data and forecast demand.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely material availability for production lines.
- Monitor stock levels and implement inventory control measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
