As our Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with vendors, negotiating competitive pricing, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure high-quality raw materials and industrial supplies in a timely manner.
- Analyze market trends and vendor pricing to negotiate the most cost-effective procurement deals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy in specifications and documentation.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with logistics partners to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Maintain and update the supplier database, including performance evaluations and contract management.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to reconcile inventory levels with procurement needs.
- Resolve discrepancies in invoices, delivery receipts, and quality control reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within a manufacturing or chemical industry environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory control best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to team goals.
