- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery times
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier performance
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze purchasing trends and recommend cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and procurement software
