- Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiating terms and prices with vendors to secure favorable contracts.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts.
- Conducting regular supplier performance reviews to maintain high standards.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and production schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing transactions and supplier data.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement within the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
