Tanggung Jawab
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality of raw materials and supplies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and related documentation accurately and on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct market research to identify new vendors, compare product quality, and evaluate pricing.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering departments to understand material requirements.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Resolve any discrepancies or delays in the delivery of goods.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) and inventory management software.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing cost-effective contracts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bacoor City, Cavite.
