Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure the best quality and cost-effectiveness for company goods and services.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with vendors to maximize procurement efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product alternatives.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of supplier performance, price lists, and procurement records.
- Resolve discrepancies regarding invoices, damaged goods, or delivery delays promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
