Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and procuring high-quality raw materials, supplies, and services required for daily operations.
- Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conducting market research to identify new vendors and competitive product alternatives.
- Coordinating with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and project timelines.
- Reviewing purchase orders and invoices for accuracy before processing payments.
- Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Willingness to work full-time in Metro Manila.
