Tanggung Jawab

  • Sourcing and procuring high-quality raw materials, supplies, and services required for daily operations.
  • Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Conducting market research to identify new vendors and competitive product alternatives.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and project timelines.
  • Reviewing purchase orders and invoices for accuracy before processing payments.
  • Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
