Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and source reliable suppliers for automotive parts, office supplies, and operational materials.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders from initiation to delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, pricing, and supplier information.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and technical departments to verify incoming shipments and quality.
- Resolve any discrepancies in invoices, delivery receipts, or product quality issues.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities or alternative suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor coordination.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred but not required.
- Residing in or willing to work in Kasambagan, Cebu City.
