In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supplies, directly impacting our factory's efficiency and production timelines.

As a Purchasing Staff, you will act as the bridge between our production needs and our suppliers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor daily production schedules to identify and prepare required materials.
  • Liaise with existing suppliers to obtain accurate quotations, delivery dates, and negotiate terms when necessary.
  • Process and verify purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to manage inventory levels and prevent stock shortages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions and supplier communications.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain to minimize production downtime.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to purchasing activities and cost analysis.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
