Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily production schedules to identify and prepare required materials.
- Liaise with existing suppliers to obtain accurate quotations, delivery dates, and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Process and verify purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy before submission.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to manage inventory levels and prevent stock shortages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions and supplier communications.
- Resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain to minimize production downtime.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to purchasing activities and cost analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with vendors.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
