Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end import procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and receiving goods from international suppliers.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents to track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any logistical issues.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, negotiating terms and conditions to ensure favorable pricing and service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare and verify import documentation, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and trade laws.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast material requirements and plan procurement activities accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, specifically focusing on import and export operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, import procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with international vendors.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is highly preferred for communicating with international suppliers.
