As the Purchasing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the procurement team. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the purchasing department, including supervising, training, and mentoring procurement staff.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery of raw materials and supplies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with local and international vendors to secure favorable agreements for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to support production schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance through regular audits and KPI tracking, addressing any issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports, forecasts, and budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Sales) to understand purchasing needs and align supply with demand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willing to be assigned in San Fernando City, La Union.
