Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily purchasing operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Research and identify new suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze market trends to forecast purchasing needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare purchasing reports and present them to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in the manufacturing or food industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
