- Lead and manage the procurement team, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions
- Oversee the entire procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and inventory management
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic vendor management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management review
- Coordinate with other departments to align procurement activities with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable contracts
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management principles
- Experience in manufacturing or food industry procurement is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
