- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/production teams
- Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics and finance departments for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management expertise
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain principles
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in agricultural/manufacturing industry preferred
