- Oversee end-to-end procurement operations for industrial parks, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals and budget constraints
- Manage vendor relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor purchasing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement activities with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and financial data
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
