We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Supervisor to join the dynamic team at Ria Busana. In this critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing raw materials and goods, controlling procurement processes, and maintaining strong, professional relationships with vendors to meet the company's specific operational needs. You will ensure that our supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and reliable, directly impacting our production capabilities.
As a Purchasing Supervisor, you will act as a bridge between the company and its suppliers, ensuring that quality standards are met while optimizing costs. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can manage vendor performance and drive continuous improvement in our purchasing strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire purchasing cycle, from identifying requirements to final delivery and verification.
- Identify, source, and evaluate potential vendors to ensure the best quality products and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to optimize company savings and value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends, inventory levels, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand operational needs and forecast requirements accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a purchasing or supply chain supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast supply needs.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
