- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of purchasing professionals through training, coaching, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals and budget constraints
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities across all procurement categories
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and legal regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and optimize inventory management systems
- Monitor purchasing performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal department heads
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry procurement practices and standards
