Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise cabin crew members to ensure seamless in-flight operations
- Conduct pre-flight briefings and coordinate with the flight deck crew
- Manage in-flight services, including meal and beverage service
- Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Assist in the preparation of post-flight reports and documentation
- Mentor and support new cabin crew members
- Represent the airline with a positive and professional demeanor
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a flight attendant or similar role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively
- Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
