Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and technical feasibility studies for potential solar PV installations.
- Design detailed electrical schematics, string layouts, and system architectures for on-grid and hybrid PV systems.
- Perform advanced energy yield simulations and performance modeling using industry software like PVSyst or Helioscope.
- Select and specify high-quality components, including PV modules, inverters, and mounting structures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and durability.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure construction aligns with technical designs and safety standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) protocols.
- Supervise the commissioning process and perform troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance after installation.
- Stay updated on local regulations (PLN/MEMR) and international standards to ensure full compliance of all designs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Solar PV design and engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and specialized PV simulation software (PVSyst is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of electrical power systems, power electronics, and DC/AC conversion.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (PUIL) and international PV standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, for technical reporting and vendor communication.
- Relevant professional certification in Solar Energy (PLTS) is a significant advantage.
