As an Operator, you will play a critical role in our production line, ensuring that our Photovoltaic (PV) ribbons meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor specialized PV ribbon manufacturing and tinning equipment.
- Perform routine machine setups and adjustments to meet production schedules.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and measurements to ensure products meet technical specifications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on production machinery.
- Accurately record production data, output, and waste logs in the system.
- Ensure the work area adheres to 5S cleanliness and organization standards.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics production environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical work instructions and safety manuals.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment (including morning and night shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling precision materials.
- Basic knowledge of 5S and industrial safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required in a factory setting.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
