- Oversee the full lifecycle of photovoltaic power station construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to technical specifications
- Prepare and submit detailed project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries
- Manage resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes and minimize costs
- Stay updated with the latest solar technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in photovoltaic power station construction
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, components, and installation processes
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and construction management software
- Certification in project management (PMP) or solar technology is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
