Are you a certified electrical professional looking to jumpstart your career in the rapidly growing Electric Vehicle (EV) industry? Matahari EV Solution Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a skilled and highly motivated PW2/PW4 Chargeman to join our expanding installation team in Selayang, Selangor.
As we accelerate Malaysia's transition to sustainable transportation, we are looking for a technician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, adheres to strict safety standards, and is passionate about smart energy infrastructure. In this role, you will be the face of our company during on-site EV charger installations, ensuring that every home is equipped with safe, reliable, and efficient charging capabilities.
You will play a critical role in our operations, ranging from conducting pre-installation site assessments to executing final electrical commissioning. If you are energetic, reliable, and hold the necessary ST certifications, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end installation of Home EV Charging units in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local safety regulations.
- Conduct detailed pre-installation site assessments to determine electrical load requirements and circuit safety.
- Execute electrical wiring, distribution board upgrades, and cabling works for residential EV charger projects.
- Coordinate with clients on site to explain the installation process and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of charging systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to EV charging infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate documentation and site reports for every project completed.
- Ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) regulations and internal health and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid PW2 or PW4 Chargeman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
- Proven experience in residential electrical wiring and installation.
- Strong understanding of electrical diagrams, schematic layouts, and distribution board configurations.
- Ability to travel to various client sites across the Selangor region.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail and safety.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with homeowners.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly self-motivated.
- Previous experience in EV charger installation is an added advantage but not strictly required.
