Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver interactive and engaging mathematics lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages active student participation.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, examinations, and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, attendance, and development.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and school events.
- Support students in extracurricular activities and academic competitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker (or near-native proficiency with a neutral accent).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license (e.g., TPA, S1 PGSD, or equivalent).
- Experience teaching mathematics to students (experience preferred, but not always strictly required for native speakers).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for education and a genuine commitment to student success and well-being.
