Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning models using Python.
- Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into existing business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and AI-driven solutions.
- Perform extensive data analysis, feature engineering, and model training/tuning.
- Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Monitor and optimize AI model performance in production environments to ensure reliability.
- Keep abreast of latest developments in LLMs, NLP, and computer vision to drive technical innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Python.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering techniques.
- Proven ability to work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI model deployment.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as data processing pipelines (ETL).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
