Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and testing procedures to identify product defects
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports and compliance records
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Monitor adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards (ISO, GMP)
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQA, CQM) is preferred
