As a QA Analyst, you will work closely with production, supply chain, and management teams to implement and maintain our Quality Management System. Your efforts will directly support our mission to provide excellence in every batch, from raw material inspection to final product release. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and protocols across production lines.
- Conduct regular inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products for compliance with specifications.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety requirements.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports for management review and corrective action planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality records, audit findings, and non-conformance reports.
- Participate in internal and external audits to uphold certification and customer requirements.
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing or food production.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems (HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000) and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to use analytical tools and techniques for problem-solving and data interpretation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingsness to work in Novaliches and adapt to shifting schedules if needed.
