You will work closely with production teams to monitor processes, implement quality control protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Monitor production lines to ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular audits of the production environment to identify and mitigate safety or quality risks.
- Document and report all quality deviations, initiating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and reports for compliance with internal and external food safety standards.
- Participate in sensory evaluation and laboratory testing as required to verify product consistency.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of quality assurance programs to enhance operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO systems.
- Keen attention to detail with excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and handle rotating shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical quality requirements to non-technical staff.
