Planters Products, Inc. is seeking a dedicated QA Analyst to join our team in Calamba City, Laguna. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our quality control processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and consistency.
As a QA Analyst, you will oversee laboratory operations, coordinate testing schedules, and ensure that all analytical protocols are strictly followed. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory testing on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all testing activities in compliance with company standards.
- Organize and prioritize daily work schedules to meet tight production deadlines.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Prepare analytical reports and provide data-driven insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related science field.
- Must be a Licensed Chemist or Registered Chemical Technician (preferred).
- Proven experience working in a laboratory or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in standard laboratory analytical instrumentation and methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English/Filipino.
- Willingness to work in Calamba City, Laguna.
