Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct chemical analysis and laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
- Monitor and document quality control processes to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Investigate and troubleshoot product deviations or quality issues to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare accurate test reports, maintain detailed laboratory records, and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations within the plant.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician (Registered).
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or a related scientific field.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
