Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update the company's quality management system (QMS) documentation and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits and assist in external audit preparations to ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.
- Monitor production processes and perform root cause analysis on quality issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality discrepancies and improve supplier performance.
- Prepare and present quality reports, including metrics and trend analysis, to management.
- Provide training and support to operational staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other management system standards is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic quality tools (e.g., SPC, root cause analysis).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
