Join Dufu Technology Corp. Berhad as a QA Assistant Manager/Manager and lead our quality assurance initiatives to deliver superior products and exceptional customer experiences. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing innovative QA strategies that drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You will spearhead quality control systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence within our QA team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and optimize production workflows. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining industry standards while driving cost-effective quality solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop QA team members to ensure high performance standards
- Design and implement comprehensive quality assurance methodologies and protocols
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Analyze quality metrics and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Develop and maintain quality documentation including SOPs and inspection reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in QA management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven experience in manufacturing quality control systems
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Advanced proficiency in quality management software (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
