We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Auditor / Inspector to join our operations team in Metro Manila. The QA Auditor / Inspector is responsible for enforcing the Contractor’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards. In this pivotal role, you will act as the guardian of our quality, conducting regular inspections and evaluations to identify potential risks, non-conformances, and areas for process improvement. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our production and logistics workflows, ensuring that all outputs meet the highest benchmarks of excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular internal and supplier audits to verify strict compliance with the established Quality Management System (QMS) and industry standards.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and contract requirements to ensure all production and logistical activities meet quality parameters.
- Investigate and document non-conformances (NCRs) and root causes of defects to facilitate immediate corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory requirements are met during inspection, testing, and evaluation phases.
- Participate in supplier quality assurance activities, including site visits, vendor evaluations, and performance assessments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Technology, or a related field of study.
- Proven experience in quality auditing, inspection, or a similar role within the Manufacturing or Logistics sector.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 standards, and documentation control procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and identify potential quality risks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
