Are you a detail-oriented QA professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment? Xurpas Inc. is seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our Cebu City team. This is a 6-month contract role with a strong potential for extension up to one year, providing you with a stable platform to showcase your technical prowess and contribute to high-quality software delivery.
In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional development teams to ensure our software products meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Perform comprehensive functional, integration, and regression testing for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify and resolve software defects early in the development lifecycle.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain clear documentation of test plans, test cases, and bug tracking.
- Continuously improve testing processes and CI/CD pipeline integration to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and automation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies within an Agile environment.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Ability to work fully onsite at our Cebu City office location.
