As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our software development lifecycle. You will design robust automated test frameworks, execute regression suites to guarantee product integrity, and integrate testing protocols directly into our CI/CD pipelines. This position offers a competitive compensation package, Day 1 HMO, and the flexibility of working from anywhere in Metro Manila.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
- Execute comprehensive regression testing suites to ensure product stability across multiple environments.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous feedback and faster release cycles.
- Identify, document, and track software defects with precision using JIRA or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct smoke and sanity testing for every release cycle to validate basic functionality.
- Analyze test results and report performance bottlenecks or anomalies to the technical team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA Automation and software testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Must be willing and available to work on a Night Shift schedule.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and best practices.
