Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Take full ownership of the QA automation strategy, acting as the sole expert to drive quality standards across the organization.
- Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate rapid, reliable releases.
- Analyze test results and debug issues to ensure software functionality meets business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with development teams in an Agile environment to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.
- Optimize test suites for performance and scalability, reducing execution time and improving coverage.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and SQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues independently.
- Must be available to work US hours (Pacific Time zone preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setting.
