- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals in developing and executing automated test strategies
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for financial applications
- Collaborate with product development teams to define comprehensive test plans
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with automated testing
- Ensure all testing activities comply with financial industry regulations and standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA automation with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Experience with financial services applications and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) for test automation
