- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using industry-leading tools
- Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers in best practices and technical excellence
- Define and execute comprehensive test automation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Integrate automation seamlessly into DevOps pipelines to enable continuous testing
- Optimize test coverage across web, mobile, and API layers for maximum efficiency
- Analyze automation metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality gates and release criteria
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in test automation with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java/Python/JavaScript) and scripting
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Certification in ISTQB or similar quality assurance methodologies preferred
- Proven track record of implementing automation in complex software environments
