Join our dynamic team as a QA EHS Auditor and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across our supply chain operations. This critical position will safeguard our commitment to quality, food safety, environmental sustainability, workplace health, and security standards through comprehensive audits and inspections. You'll be responsible for conducting systematic walkthroughs of our Warehouse, Health, Safety, and Environment (WHSE) facilities, identifying compliance gaps, and recommending evidence-based improvements. As a guardian of our operational integrity, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, maintain regulatory adherence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will directly contribute to minimizing risks, enhancing product quality, and ensuring our workplace meets the highest industry standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive audits of quality, food safety, environmental, health, and safety systems across warehouse and operational facilities
- Perform systematic walkthrough inspections to verify compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Document audit findings with detailed reports, photographic evidence, and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement corrective action plans
- Monitor ongoing compliance through follow-up audits and verification activities
- Stay current with evolving EHS regulations, industry standards, and best practices
- Train staff on EHS protocols, quality procedures, and security protocols
- Maintain accurate audit records and documentation for regulatory reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS auditing or quality assurance within manufacturing/logistics
- Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or HACCP standards preferred
- Strong knowledge of local environmental regulations (DENR), OSH standards, and food safety protocols
- Proficiency in audit methodologies, risk assessment, and compliance documentation
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and regulations
- Effective communication skills for training staff and presenting audit findings
- Proficiency in MS Office and audit management software
