We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous QA Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards across our manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations.

You will be responsible for designing comprehensive test plans, executing rigorous manual and automated test cases, and identifying defects early to ensure our products meet exceptional specifications before reaching our valued clients.
Collaborating closely with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams, you will champion a culture of quality excellence. In this role, you will implement rigorous inspection protocols, conduct root cause analysis on production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact product reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing products.
- Identify, isolate, and document software and hardware defects, tracking them to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to define and implement quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct risk assessments on new features and product changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality management systems (QMS).
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback from a quality assurance perspective.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Test Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and software development life cycles (SDLC/STLC).
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, QTP/UFT) is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
