Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality testing plans for rubber products
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards
- Collaborate with R&D to optimize product specifications and quality metrics
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results and quality reports
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality meets specifications
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality assurance within manufacturing
- Familiarity with rubber industry testing standards (ASTM, ISO)
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies and statistical analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certification in Six Sigma or Quality Management Systems preferred
- Experience with quality management software (e.g., SAP QM)
