We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated QA Engineer to join our team in Tampines, Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products and processes meet exacting standards, directly contributing to our reputation for excellence.
As a QA Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, analyze results, and drive root cause analysis to eliminate defects. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to implement quality improvements that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement QA test plans and strategies for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis on product defects and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Perform statistical process control (SPC) and analyze data to identify trends.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability.
- Participate in new product introductions to ensure quality from the outset.
- Document and report quality metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and SPC.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry is a plus.
