- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and product testing at various production stages
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify quality gaps and recommend improvements
- Document defects, test results, and quality metrics using standardized systems
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP) and company quality policies
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Monitor quality trends and report performance to management
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in QA within manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
