Join Cincaria's dynamic team as a QA Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you'll ensure product excellence through systematic testing processes, defect identification, and continuous improvement initiatives. We offer a competitive compensation package of RM 3,667 – RM 5,500 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth in a forward-thinking environment. Located in Perai, Penang, this full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years QA experience and a commitment to delivering flawless products that meet industry regulations and customer expectations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Perform manual and automated testing for various product components
- Analyze test results and provide detailed quality reports
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional QA experience
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality standards
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with manufacturing/transport industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
