As a QA Engineer, you will take ownership of supplier quality management, ensuring that all incoming materials and components meet stringent specifications. You will lead CAPA initiatives with suppliers, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence of non-conformances. You will work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and customer support teams to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and evaluate supplier quality performance to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
- Conduct incoming material inspections and testing to verify conformance to specifications.
- Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with suppliers, including root cause analysis and follow-up verification.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans and supplier metrics.
- Participate in supplier audits, assessments, and qualification processes.
- Support customer quality concerns by investigating and providing effective responses.
- Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing supplier quality and product reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent technical experience).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Solid understanding of quality management standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC).
- Hands-on experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing suppliers.
- Proficiency in using inspection instruments and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
