Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance protocols and inspection plans.
- Conduct regular audits of production lines to ensure adherence to ISO standards and internal quality requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production defects and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor incoming raw materials and finished goods through systematic sampling and testing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance logs.
- Assist in the training of production staff regarding quality standards and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, ISO standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in using quality measurement tools and inspection equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
