Tanggung Jawab
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements
- Conduct routine quality inspections, tests, and audits throughout production processes
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports, certificates, and procedural updates
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Train staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor quality metrics and analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or metal finishing
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies (SPC, FMEA, 8D)
- Experience with quality management software and documentation systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and regulatory requirements
